This was a difficult one for me as green is one of my least used colors (unless I am mixing it with blues and teals :).
Here is a short explanation of how I created this:
I started with a blank manila tag that I stenciled with Prima Modeling Paste mixed with Finn's texture powder. I love this stuff! It makes the perfect gritty paste but is fine enough to stay creamy and easy to spread.
After it dried I gave it a coat of white paint as the texture powder dries to an off-white color, and then I sprayed with Lindys Starburst sprays. I stamped with two Finnabair stamps (one older, one new) and then attached the tag to some background paper I had already distressed and inked.
I made some new embellishments using the new IOD moulds and paperclay, these are absolutely beautiful and full of intricate detail! When it was dry I painted it with Finns emerald green paint and then lightly brushed with the Vintage Rose paint. Lastly it got a few swipes of gold wax paste.
The "Hope Always" was actually cut from old Prima packaging (I hoard literally EVERYTHING)! Some old and new Prima flowers and Melange art pebbles that I painted gold round out the tag, as well as a tiny certificate I cut from the new Paintables pad and lightly colored with the Tropicals Watercolor set.
Thank you so much for stopping by, see you all soon!
